Ixchel - Barlowe's Guide Project

The Ixchel is an alien featured in the science fiction novel, A wrinkle in Time, by Madeleine L'Engle, with the conceptual design featured in Wayne D. Barlowe's 1979 Guide to extraterrestrials. This is an ongoing project to visually translate Mr. Barlowe's fascinating art into 3d models using Zbrush and other applications.
